Dinners offering a choice of entrees table side must have four entrees and the highest priced entree applies to all guests, plus an additional $35 per person. Catering will prepare and set for 5% above the guaranteed number for a fee if requested. China service is $4 per person. For wine service to the table there is a service charge of $1.50 per person (wine not included).
