All Buffet options include ice water and iced tea or lemonade. Additional coffee or hot tea service is available on request, add additional $2.65 per person. Gluten-free and vegan options are available on request for additional fee depending on menu selection.

Order Details

Buffets have a 25 person minimum for 2 hours. There is an additional $60 fee for each additional hour. Buffet packages include 6”, 9”, or 10” plates, buffet linens, essential flatware, napkins, and 9 oz cups on eco-paper or china dishware. Cold buffets are not attended unless requested by the customer during booking and includes delivery, setup and pickup only. If replenishing is needed for cold buffets, then a $35 service fee will incur. Hot food items require attendants of $45 each (a ratio of 2 per 25 persons). Campus Catering will prepare and set for 5% above the guaranteed number, only if requested. Buffet events that go past event end time will incur additional fees depending on event for each hour spent over event end time. China service is $4 per person.
